Bots & Teams

Bots with names. Teams that work together.

Start with Nymoru, your personal assistant. Add a bot for anything you do often, put several in a group, and let them consult each other and pass work along.

Real screen recordings of the Nymoru app in its demo workspace, in English, with sample content.

Your primary bot

Meet Nymoru.

Everyone starts with one bot: Nymoru, the mint one. It is your personal assistant and chief of staff, it knows your other bots, and you can rename it whatever you like.

  • You land straight in its chat, with a greeting and one-tap starters.
  • It reports on its own through routines and cards, so there are no pages to check.
  • Mint is reserved for it: no other bot ever wears the colour.
Create a bot

A name and one sentence.

Say what the bot is for, or tap a template. It is ready straight away, and every bot can use every tool: the name and persona only shape how it works with you.

Templates, if you want a head start

Personal
  • Travel
  • Fitness
  • Language tutor
  • Meals
  • Budget

  • Shopping
  • Health appointments

Teams

  • Executive team: CEO, CFO, CTO, COO

Templates are optional and never pre-installed. Nobody gets a C-suite they did not ask for.

Identity

It works out who it is.

From its name and the tasks it gets, each bot learns a persona, goals, what it is good at and a short label for the chat list. It keeps refining from use, and never overwrites what you edited yourself.

Groups

Ask the group. The right bot answers.

Pick two or more bots and you have a group, named after its members. An invisible planner decides who should answer each message, so you never have to.

  • Up to 8 bots in a group.
  • A question that needs several views goes to a group of your own bots.
  • Groups sit in the sidebar like any chat, with their members' faces on the tile.
Working together

Bots consult each other and hand work on.

In a one-to-one chat, mention another bot and yours will message it for an answer ("Messaging agent…") or hand the job over. The other bot carries on in its own chat, marked "Handed over by…".

  • Personal and work spaces never cross.
  • Each bot keeps its own role and past work, alongside shared facts about you.
On your phone

Every bot, every chat, in one list.

Bots, groups and projects sit side by side, each bot with its own face and its own job. Open one to see what it is good at and which skills and apps it can use.

  • A face and a job for every bot.
  • Groups and projects beside your bots.
  • Skills, apps and a computer, one tap away.
The Nymoru family

Every bot gets a face. You never have to pick one.

Avatars come from the Nymoru family: the mascot's soft shape language in 19 silhouettes, 10 calm colours and 4 eye styles. They are assigned for you, and no two of your bots look the same.

Teach

Show it once. It does it from then on.

Some jobs are easier to show than to explain. Teach a bot by recording your screen, by talking it through, or by handing it a document.

You get a Skill card with Undo, Test it (a dry run) and Schedule. When a request matches, the bot says "Using what you taught me".

  • Show me

Record your screen while you do the task, up to 10 minutes. Web tasks become saved ways the bot can replay.

  • Tell me

Explain it by voice, the way you would brief a colleague.

  • Read this

Hand over a manual, a checklist or a policy document.

Routines

Your regular work, on a schedule.

Say it in one sentence ("every Monday at 9, summarise last week's sales") or ask in a chat. Routines can also run when something happens: a Slack message, a GitHub issue or failed build, a calendar event, a new email or a signed webhook. Unattended sends and posts become drafts for your approval.

Memory

Memory that makes each bot yours.

Each bot remembers its role, working style and past conversations. Facts about you can be shared across your bots, and you can view, edit, forget or change who uses a memory. Work and personal spaces stay separate; personal memories are encrypted and secrets are filtered before saving.
